Yes. We reserve a limited number of reduced-fee appointments for BIPOC clients and those with financial need. If this would support your access to care, we invite you to inquire about current availability when reaching out.
As part of this commitment, our Community Access Program offers sessions with doctoral-level interns on a sliding scale of $40–$60. These clinicians are carefully selected and supported, allowing us to extend thoughtful, high-quality care at a more accessible rate.
We are a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. This allows us to offer a higher level of privacy, flexibility, and individualized care.
If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, we’re happy to provide superbills for potential reimbursement.
We understand that cost can be a barrier, and we strive to offer multiple pathways to care. In addition to out-of-network options, our Community Access Program provides reduced-fee sessions to help meet a range of financial needs.
We are based in Midtown Sacramento and work in-person as well as over tele-health. Sessions are offered virtually to clients across California, Washington State, and the United Kingdom.
Yes. All virtual sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. This allows for greater flexibility, comfort, and continuity of care across both California, Washington State, and the United Kingdom, where I am licensed.
You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours in advance at no charge.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled session will be billed the full session fee.
Fill out the contact form and you’ll receive a reply within 48 hours. From there, we’ll schedule a free consultation to see if we’re a good fit and explore next steps.
The first session is a space to begin getting to know you, what’s bringing you in, what feels important to shift, and what you’re hoping for moving forward. Your therapist will guide you through a thoughtful intake process to develop a holistic understanding of your experiences, relationships, and goals.
At the same time, we move at your pace. The focus is on creating a space that feels safe, open, and genuine, where you can show up as you are while we begin to clarify what meaningful change looks like for you.
Therapy works best when the fit feels right. A complimentary consultation gives us space to connect, explore what you’re looking for, and ensure our approach aligns with your needs.
You can also take our therapist matching quiz to help guide you toward the right clinician.
Our therapists support individuals and partners working through:
Relational conflict and disconnection
Sexual identity, body image, and intimacy
Anxiety, burnout, and life transitions
Trauma, grief, and emotional overwhelm
Exploring non-monogamy or redefining relationship structures
We work with LGBTQIA+ clients, poly/kink communities, and those seeking deeper self-trust and connection.

Sessions are 50 minutes long. Most clients begin with weekly sessions, though we’ll tailor the frequency based on your needs, goals, and what works for your life.
