ABOUT
I specialize in men’s issues, racial identity, and relationship challenges. Much of my work centers on helping clients build emotional awareness, strengthen communication, and develop steadiness under stress. I also frequently support clients working through anger management, childhood trauma, stress, and difficulty expressing emotions.
I provide direct, grounded, and collaborative therapy that helps you understand what’s keeping you stuck and build tools that create confidence, clarity, and steadiness. I integrate Brainspotting and other evidence-informed approaches to help process experiences that feel stuck, especially when insight alone hasn’t been enough. My work is focused, collaborative, and geared toward meaningful change.
Many of my clients come in feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. This work can be especially supportive for teens, men, and people of color who want to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. Together, we focus on building clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.
Outside of therapy, I value connection and balance. I enjoy sports, traveling to new cities, thrifting, and spending time with friends. Clients often experience me as grounded, straightforward, and human. I believe growth happens when you feel both supported and empowered.
