ABOUT
I help individuals and couples heal from trauma and sexual shame so they can feel more connected, to themselves, their bodies, and their relationships.
My work is rooted in a trauma-informed, holistic, and sex-positive approach. I integrate psychotherapy, mindfulness, and somatic awareness to support deeper healing, especially when anxiety, past experiences, or shame are impacting intimacy and connection.
I specialize in working with trauma, relationship challenges, and intimacy concerns, including sexual shame, disconnection, and difficulty feeling present in your body or with a partner. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals and couples who want more emotional and physical closeness, as well as veterans and trauma survivors.
Many of my clients come in feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that affect their relationships or sense of self. Together, we work to rebuild self-trust, process deeper wounds, and create more fulfilling, connected relationships.
As a U.S. Air Force veteran, I bring a grounded understanding of resilience and transition. Clients often describe me as warm, steady, and easy to talk to. I strive to create a space where you can feel safe exploring both emotional and relational intimacy without judgment.
