ABOUT
I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and polycules who feel disconnected from their sexuality, desire, or sense of intimacy and who want something more fulfilling in their relationships. Much of my work centers on helping clients untangle unhealthy messages about sex and connection, rebuild trust with their bodies, and develop a more confident, authentic sense of self.
You may benefit from this work if you are:
Feeling disconnected from your sexuality, desire, or sense of intimacy
Struggling to communicate your needs, boundaries, or desires in relationships
Working through shame, guilt, or unhealthy messages about sex and connection
Exploring identity deconstruction and redefining what feels authentic to you
Feeling stuck in recurring relational patterns that leave you disconnected or unfulfilled
Navigating sexual concerns, intimacy challenges, or relationship transitions
Wanting to build greater confidence, self-trust, and connection with your body
Looking for deeper, more meaningful relationships with yourself and others
I provide a warm, grounded, and collaborative approach that helps you understand the patterns and dynamics keeping you stuck. My work is rooted in systems thinking and attachment theory, meaning we look beyond symptoms to the emotional bonds, relational patterns, and lived experiences shaping your life.
Many of my clients come in feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward in their relationships with themselves or others. Together, we focus on building clarity, confidence, and deeper connection while creating space for growth, self-discovery, and more fulfilling relationships.
Outside of therapy, I find deep joy in both adventure and everyday connection. I was born and raised on the West Coast and love anything that carries a hint of wild, open water swimming, exploring new hiking trails with my family, or cruising on my longboard. I also value slower moments: sharing meals with friends, laughing deeply, and tending to my wild garden.
