ABOUT
I provide a supportive, inclusive space where young people can process difficult experiences, including the emotional impact of chronic illness, navigate identity development, and build tools for healthy relationships, with themselves and others. My work is trauma-informed and strengths-based, helping clients move from overwhelm and self-doubt toward empowerment and connection.
I specialize in working with children (6+), teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, social challenges, identity development, school-related stress, and chronic health conditions. I support clients in coping with uncertainty, managing stress, and understanding how illness can shape identity, relationships, and daily life.
Many of the clients I work with feel misunderstood, overwhelmed by big emotions, or unsure how to navigate relationships and social dynamics. In our work together, we focus on emotional regulation, communication skills, self-advocacy, and building confidence in who they are.
I value humor, creativity, and meeting young people where they are, whether through conversation, games, or creative expression, so they feel safe, understood, and supported as they grow.
I never leave home without my emotional support water bottle and iced coffee. When I am not studying or in session, you’ll find me hanging out with my cats & Fiancé, listening to Taylor Swift, or unwinding with reality TV (when time allows!).
